1.Rental rates include:
· Unlimited KLM.
· Baby seat, booster seat.
· Road Map of Crete.
· Replacement of vehicle in case of breakdown.
· Road assistance service 24 hours all over the island.
· The renter is covered against fire and liability to third parties for death or injury up to 1.220.000 € and damage to property up to 1.220.000 €.
· Taxes: 24% VAT is included in all rates that our employees will provide you.
· 100% FULL INCURANCE WITHOUT EXCESS is included in all rates that our employees will provide you.
Except our mini buses ( VW CADDY & PEUGEOT TRAVELER ) that we require 500 € excess.
2. Rental Conditions:
· Drivers age: at least 23 years old, with minimum 1 year of driving experience.
· Minimum rental is 1 day
· Traffic fines all paid by the renter.
· Petrol paid by the renter, and the renter has to return the same amount of petrol in the car as when he/she rented it from us.
· In case you want GPS navigator, daily rate is extra 5 € per day, except big rental periods that we can provide discount.
· Second (additional) driver (or more), costs 3 € per day for each extra driver.
3.Insurance terms Zygos rental offers ( SCDW ) Super collision damage waver - 100% FULL INCURANCE WITHOUT EXCESS.
PRICE & COVERENCE ANALYSIS
· The renter is released of any liability for damages in the amount of 12 € per day for groups A,B,C (small and more economical cars) and 15 € per day for groups D,E,F,G,H,K,L,M,N ( bigger and more expensive cars ) .
· The above insurance covers the vehicle complete of any damages: in the car, engine, tires, wheels, suspension, windscreen, windows, mirrors, under carriage. In conclusion any part of the car.
· Any damage is fully covered by the full insurance, even if the driver is responsible for the accident.
· No compensation is required, even if the driver is responsible for the accident.
· Personal accident insurance (P.A.I.) daily charge is 3 € and covers driver against injury or loose of life to the amount of 15.000 €.
· Theft protection (TPI) daily charge is 3 € per day for groups A,B,C (small and more economical cars) and 5 € per day for groups D,E,F,G,H,K,L,M,N ( bigger and more expensive cars ) .
4.Insurance policy does not cover:
· Driving the vehicle under the influences of alcohol or drug abuse.
· If the rented vehicle is driven by another person not mentioned in the rental contract.
· If the rented vehicle is driven off road. The insurance covers you for asphalt road driving only.
